Our overlay can be  done over many surfaces including existing concrete, radiant heating, gypcrete and properly prepared wood joist floors. 

Overlay’s can be done interior or exterior. It can be stamped, textured, carved or smooth.

We can score and carve designs in it such as logos, artwork, etc.

We have a wide range of colors and textures to choose from.

We use a proprietary mix of cement, polymers and pigments that are UV stable and color fast.

Depending on what type of sealer is desired,  the upkeep is the same as a wood floor.
